Can I Return My Gown?
An ordered gown can can take up 4 to 6 months to receive. We will send the bride her estimated ship time and confirmation number within 3 business days.
How long will it take for my gown to arrive if ordered?
For current style orders, we take bride’s measurements to order accordingly. We also take payment and place your order that day. Once the bride’s dress arrives, we will schedule 30 minutes for the bride to try her gown on and take it home. If the bride does not live local, we will ship the dress to her. For off-the-rack purchases, the bride takes the dress with her.

The Dressing Room South does not do in-house alterations but we provide our brides wonderful, trusted seamstresses.
Who do you recommend for alterations?
Wedding gown sizes typically run one or two sizes smaller than store bought clothing, so we do not focus on gown size. Each designer tends to run differently, so our goal is to fit the bride into the dress that best suits her measurements; and alterations adds the finishing touch.
Why is wedding dress sizing different than my 'normal' clothing size?
The Dressing Room South hosts only one bridal appointment at a time, so the bride may bring as many guests as she’d like. We do have an intimate space, so parties greater than eight may have some standing room only. We will confirm the number of guests in our appointment confirmation.
How many guests can I bring with me to my appointment?
The Dressing Room South provides each bride and her guests with one-on-one service. We only schedule one appointment at a time so each bride receives exclusive access to the store for her 90 minute appointment.

Our gowns range between $1100-$4000. The Dressing Room South has beautiful gowns at every price point.
What is the price range of your gowns?
It's never too late or too early to start shopping at The Dressing Room South! The Dressing Room South offers the option to order current styles or off-the-rack on a variety of dresses (meaning the bride will take the dress home that day.) Ordering a wedding gown can take between 4 to 6 months. The bride will also need to factor up to 8 weeks for alterations.
